Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care focused on evaluating, treating, and managing senior patients.
- Screen for and address chronic diseases, advancing preventive health measures.
- Provide clinical oversight to mid-level providers, nurturing their growth and excellence.
- Respond to on-call duties with urgency and expertise to meet community needs.
- Engage actively in clinical or operations-related meetings, extending your influence beyond scheduled hours.
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Current Texas licensure, upholding state-mandated standards.
- Possession of a current DEA Licensure, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Experience in community healthcare, bringing valuable insight and empathy.
- Spanish-speaking ability preferred to bridge communication barriers in our diverse community.
